The Merlot marinade is terrific with heavy meats that need a thicken, heavier marinade. Our customers use this marinade on steaks, deer venison, and mushrooms.


Red Zinfandel Wine Marinade

The Red Zinfandel marinade is good with all meats especially chicken, pork, ham, turkey, vegetables, duck, and fish.
