Cynthiana A dry red wine on the lines of Merlot or Syrah. this wine pairs great with any red meats especially steaks.
White Oasis (Niagara Grape) A dry white made with the Niagara grape. This wine pairs well with fish and salads.
Red Cyn (Cynthiana Grape) Also know as Norton. Vigorous plants bear small, flavorful grapes. Ripens in late August to early September, makes deeply pigmented wine. We grow 2 acres of this grape here in Jackson and it will make a sweet or dry wine. This is a special grape winning international acclaim in the 1890’s throughout the world as the best wine in the world.
Niagara (Niagara Grape) A white Native American grape, Niagara has an intense grape flavor and aroma often described as wild and musky.. Niagara is great served cold with or without food. It stands up well to strong flavored dishes and strong cheeses. Niagara is a large amber colored grape and it may be somewhat egg shaped. Not as sweet as most other varieties
Tennessee Peach (Niagara and Peach) A crisp, fruity wine with the rich aroma of tree ripened peaches .
Muscadine (Muscadine Grape) The Muscadine grape is native to the southeastern United States Muscadine are well adapted to the warm, humid conditions of the southeastern U.S., where the American and the European grape do not prosper. The muscadine fruit is borne in small, loose clusters of 3-40 grapes In color the fruits range from greenish bronze through bronze, pinkish red, purple and almost black. Sugar content varies from about 16% to 25% for the sweetest cultivars. The wild fruits and some older cultivars have a musky quality similar to American grapes, although not as pronounced. Most people remember their grandparents or uncles and aunts making wine or jam with muscadine.
Medina Medley This is a mixture of grapes and it has a nice sweet, refreshing taste.
